> Study your ideal customers
Which customers would you like to get more of, if you could wish. Make a list of their characteristics, and only sell to THEM in your marketing.
> Gather ammo mid-battle
Instead of just going into selling, ask questions:
What are you looking for
What's the reason
What will you use it for
Why didn't you went with other options
Ask questions that will give insights on what they are exactly looking for, their concerns and why they didn't go with other options
Price is important, but once you dive deep, you'll come to know that price is not every thing.
> Frame better
The above two should be enough. But if the competition is fierce, you can frame your business aspects into the best possible light
Example:
Company A: We only sell A grade solar panels. This means you can rest assure that our product will always be genuine, and no tricks or quality deception
Company B: We sell both A grade and other solar panels. This means if you buy A grade, we'll only sell A grade like others who claim to only sell A grade, but turn out to be scam.
Mesh well and you'll be acquiring more attention, more leads of high quality.
Thus, making more money.
